One-armed man tries to finish homework

Joe's thumb was bothering him all weekend (after helping a friend move), and today, when it had swollen to twice its size, he decided to take advantage of his health insurance. Look what he brought home from Cheney:

After some X-rays, the doctor determined he had tendonitis and gave him the cast. The bright side is that Joe's health insurance is so awesome that we aren't going to have to pay anything. Unfortunately he has a lot of awkward pen and keyboard use ahead of him. And I have a lot of dish-washing in my future.
