Earl Grey Mar-TEA-ni

Earl Grey and Gin mixed together? Yes, please.

Enter: Earl Grey Martini.


They're not difficult, but you have to think ahead--infusing the gin with the tea takes a couple of hours. Other than that, they're simple! And delicious. And necessary.

I avoided adding the egg white, but I hear it adds a lot.
